Hi,

My parents went for interview B2 visa on Feb 13th. Mom visa approved instantly but they returned my dad passport and asked him to submit additional documents as he has some case pending in court India since 2001.

We already took permission from court to fly USA and submitted that to consulate but they again returned the passport saying to submit " Court Documents related to charges"

Can you please guide us what exact document we need to submit in this case?
Appreciate if you can share sample letter to generate from court.

It is hard to know what they mean. I have not seen any such situations on the blog to share templates or any experiences.

If you have court proof documents that are related to the charges, then you should submit them and also attach the letter for the same. If you are not sure, talk an immigration attorney and seek their help.
