I visited USA on B2 when my spouse was on L1B which was about to get expired in 4 months and plan was to return but his H1B got picked that year and his COS was approved due to premium processing and mine is still in pending status for over a year(B2 to H4). Can I travel to my home country and get my visa stamped. I did file COS before my b2 I94 expired. Will there be complications on retry?
