B1 to H1b transfer now would like to go for stamping for jamica

I have got my H1B, but i came to usa on B1 if thy ask visitor changing to H1B what should be my answer???

Please give me some answers where i can prepare? or let me know what is the best option to get answers so that i can prepare for my visa

Better to go back India and get stamped… B1 to H1 is risky…

Because it violates usage of B1… B1 Misusage… Do not Risk…
