B1/b2 visa renewal with valid F1 visaF

I am holding b1/b2 visa expiring on 29 may 2023 and also holding F1 visa expiring on 21 may 2023.i completed my studies ,worked and exited usa in october 22.can i apply in India for b1/b2 visa renewal before F1 visa expiry .
