Hello, I am in the process of putting together paper work for my parents b1/b2 visa. My father earns his living from PG rental Business and my mother takes tuition for kids. Can you please suggest how can i draft a letter or get some documents to prove that they have strong ties back home. They have no travel history
Well, this is very much a relative thing, we can do our best to prove that they have ties, but it is the VO general perception. Some of the things you could show are things like Assets documents regarding PG, showing steady income and value of the assets. Their bank balances, FDs, etc. Also, any documentation related to your Mothers business, if she is paid on paper and filing taxes…
Drafting a letter is really not a common practice, all they look at is documents that shows the intent to comer back…Do you best, do not sweat too much on this…many a times, they never check these…
