Hi All,
I am on H1-B visa in US. I am trying to book an appointment for tourist visa for my sister.
The OFC appointment (biometric) page initially shows some available dates but then says " No appointment available at this time".
Has anyone else faced this issue?

I applied for a tourist visa more than two years ago, and I took administrative procedures, then they sent an email to send the passport to print the visa, and two weeks later they sent an email to set an interview date in March
Is there a possibility of visa refusal please help with any information
