When I try to schedule F1 dropbox appointment, after showing a page with “Congratulations! You qualify for the Interview Waiver” it never takes me to the Schedule OFC appointment page. It rather takes me to the Schedule Consular Appointment page where it simply indicates no appointments available. Even that page never shows a calendar to choose dates from.Is anyone else facing a similar issue? Pl. help
