My parents B1/B2 visa expired in June and I applied for renewal. But somehow the system selected them for an interview instead of an interview waiver. They are senior citizens and now will have to wait till the end of next year for their appointment. All the criteria listed on the website match as well. Has anyone faced anything similar or know what can be done to request a waiver?
