We submitted our Parent’s visa document (dropbox) at the Hyderabad consulate on March 2nd, 2023. When we are tracking the Passport, it still shows the No status. Is this normal? We called customer service and e-mailed them, and they kept saying these were under processing. Is there any other way that we can find the information? As this is very important to us. Any insights are greatly appreciated.
