B1/B2 Dropbox confirmed appointment shows Consular appointment

This is for my Mom’s B2 VISA renewal, which qualifies for dropbox appointment. Appointment letter shows

CONSULAR APPOINTMENT DETAILS
5/1, Ho Chi Minh Sarani

"
While booking it was interview waiver. There is no OFC appointment. Its only one appointment time.

Need to confirm, is this Interview appointment or drobox appointment so can plan accordingly? Appointment got confirmed on Apr 13 .

Were you able to fix this? could you please share your experience regarding this?
I tried calling them but they said I need to cancel my current appointment and wait for couple of days to reset that, but I see there is no change.
