You (and others) have certain rights in this matter if your concerns are proven beyond doubt. Please note that the placement industry is highly complex with outcomes not always in control of the operant company and they do have expenses before and during an application process. However if you feel a wrongful act has occurred, it might be a good idea to explain more details to this forum so some of us can respond.
