Hello , I never heard about AR 11 attached to H1B I came 10 years ago and moved more than 5 to 6 homes . I think I have updated AR11a form one time but I am not sure about it . My question is , can I update AR 11 after 10 years? Do I need an attorney for that ? Next if I am not sure about the application , Can I re-apply AR11?
Ideally you must file AR-11 with in 10 days of moving. Atleast I haven’t heard of a strict enforcement of AR-11 so I wouldn’t worry much as far as USCIS has your current address based on the H1B filing.
