So, my wife has a stamp for H4 valid till 23rd of Aug 2024. Her H4 extension (I-539) has been approved (we have the I-797). Can she travel to India for a few days (15-20) in May and return before July 2024 without having to get another visa stamp?
She can reenter as far as the visa is valid on the day she enters the US.
