How long it takes for the approval of H1B petition
I have got my receipt number on 4th may thru my employer and till now no information after that …
so any idea when will i get approval of H1B petition ?
If this is regular processing, then it could take 2-6 months. Some RPs would start seeing movement in June, and most of them will be processed by Oct. Still there would be few who would remain pending even after Oct.
