HI guys, I have a question about my H1b petition. My employer filed on Nov 7th 2013…RFE issued Nov 13th…employer responded to RFE on Dec 13th and my status changed to ‘Initial Review’ on 17th. The status has never at any point said anything about a clock stopping. It is premium processing. My question is has anybody else had this experience and did you have to wait the full 15 days after RFE changed to Initial Review to get a decision? Is there a chance they could ask for yet another RFE? Also with it being the holidays I am imagining there will be more than a 15 day wait…this whole thing had driven me insane it has taken so long. I sure do hope I get an approval after all this!! Thanks so much in advance
Premium Processing has an SLA of 15 Calender Days, includes saturdays/sundays/holidays…
Wait till its completed… There are even chances of getting another RFE if the officer is not satisfied…
