one of the new employer applied my old H1B approval transfer , and now the case ois showing as below, could you please advise.

On April 23, 2025, we approved your Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, Receipt Number *******. If you do not receive your notice by May 23, 2025, please go to www.uscis.gov/e-request to request a copy of the notice. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/addresschange to give us your new mailing address.

does it mean my case approved ? or still pending?

It clearly says I-129 is approved, meaning your H1B petition is approved.

actually I see the status usually shows ’ Case Was Approved’ when it approved, but my case is showing as ’ Approval Case Decision Rendered’, so bit confusion.
