Applying L2 EAD after L1Ablanket rejection

Hi

My L1A blanket was rejected in mar15 and I applied for L2 and came to US in May. Now I’m applying for EAD.

In form I765, for question 11 ’ have you applied for employment authorization from

USCIS’ should I answer yes as I have applied for L1a in Mar15?

Note: this is the first time I’m applying for L2 EAD.

The question refers to clarification if you have previously filed Form I-765. The answer is ‘no’.
