Applying H1B while in Grad School

Hi,

I’m currently working under OPT and I didn’t get selected from H1B visa this year. I’m planning to go to a grad school to maintain my legal status, but I was wondering if my company can apply for H1B visa again next year when I’m in Grad School. Would that work?

Yes, a company can still file H-1 for you while you are enrolled in a school.
