hi i am moving from company A to company B in march.Company B want to file my h1b .they are ready to run by weekly pay . will i have any problem with pay stub or can i submitt company A pay stubs.
When the petition is filed, you need to submit 3 most recent payslips from A. B’s payslips are not required at that time.
You can get B’s paycheck bi-weekly. Lot of companies do that, and it doesn’t negatively impact your future immigration applications.
