I have been waiting for my H1b 221g response since March 2020. As it’s been so long, I am planning to go with H4. If my H4 gets denied, Does H1b 221g also be withdrawn automatically? Appreciate your response. Thank You!
Both are different visa types. You can go for the second one ( H4). No, they do not withdraw the other automatically. If you do not respond in one year, it expires.
