My OPT extension is going to expire in January 2015 but I did not applied to H1B in April 2014. I have found an another employer who is ready to sponsor me H1B. Can I apply to H1B now and can I continue working? If so In to what catogery do my applications falls to. Kindly respond. I appreciate your help.
