Applying for h1b 2015, but my husband visa ends in sep13 - 2014

My husband L1visa cycle ends on sep 13 - 2014, is it possible to apply for h1b visa 2015 . As L1 is intracompany related visa we cannt be here after sep 13.so is there a way to apply
