My H1 approved for 2007 cap with valid date October 1st 2006 to 30 september 2009.But stamping was deneid on the reason"your employeer not in possition to offer valid employment".
Afterwards I travelled to US 2 times on L1 and worked short periods less than 3 months each time.
Now Can I apply for new H1 on cap exempt and till what I have this chance.
Depending on your answer I have tp plan further and thanks in advance.
