Am currently working on OPT and I have my marriage in Feb’17. I’m planning to make my wife apply for F2 visa after marriage. She may apply for F2 in March’17. I would be applying for H1B in 1st week of April’17.
My question is Can she apply for F2 after April’17 i.e after me applying for H1B? or would it create a problem
How riskier it is to apply in march’17?
