Hi I am on F1, i Graduated on Dec 12th 2015. My OPT start date is Feb 3rd 2016. I am still waiting for opt card I am planning to apply for F2 visa for my husband.,As the Visa date is after my Graduation and , will it be an issue for Visa.he got rejected f1 visa 4 times before
Please help me with your suggestions
