apply to other employer after H1B visa stamped

currently i am in india with H1b Visa stamped from the employer A ,

can i apply for different employer in USA directly .

Please guide me through the process

Other Employer must file a Cap-Exempt Visa for U… After the Approval abd stamping, U can go to US

  1. while the petition for Employer B is refused. Will the petition with employer A and stamping for Emp A is still valid and with this I can travel to US without any problem in POE. Somehow does Employer A will know about this ?

  2. While the petition for employer B is approved, but during stamping it is rejected. What should be the situation
