I returned to India on Mar5th 2020 then could not travel back due to CORONA issues. I have only 6months left on my H1B and I don’t want to use that so my employer planning to apply for new H1B on Mar2021 for fiscal year 2022. Am I Eligible for that? And one more issue is i received US pay for April 2020 also, so will this one create an issue?
