I live here in US with my wife and I am on H1b visa .It is going to expire in September .My I94 will be expiring in October. My company will applyp for extension next month in February .My wife is pregnant and her due date is August. I am planning to invite my parents in august and they are planning to attend interview in March.
As my h1b is going to expire in 6 months can I apply for their visa and invite them in august. Can you please guide me the best way/procedure to proceed. in this situation.
