Apply for H1B visa from Inda-Hyderabad

Hi,

I have valid H1 B visa till 2015 and my husband is holding H4 visa. Currently we both are back in India

Now my husband would like to apply for fresh H1 for the year 2014 from India-Hyderabad.

Can anyone plz guide me what is the success rate of getting H1 if applied from India-Hyderabad?

Any good reputed H1B sponsors available?

Success Rate is same whether U apply from India or US… Employer and Documentation Matters…

The only advantage in applying being in US is, U need not go for stamping. However U must get it stamped when U visit inida
