I had applied for asylum on F1 visa and got rejected. I’m on F1 visa. Is it okay to travel overseas back home? Just worried if I would be able to get re-entry into the US.
Well, if you have valid visa, you may travel out and come back. But, as traveling has its own risks…I am not sure of the implications of Asylum petition and F1. I suggest you discuss with an attorney and then take a call on the travel.
