I had a specific query regarding H4 dependent visa:
I would be getting married in Feb 2017 and will need to fly back to US by 5th march. Hence I have only 12-15 days post marriage. Would it be possible to get my wife’s H4 visa done by then?
If yes what do I need to do.
Can I book an appointment now for some date after marriage stating my wife’s martial status as married?Also is the spouse name in passport mandatory for the H4 stamping?Quick response is appreciated.
