Mine is also the same case, my h1 was denied and then appeal got approved in september 2018 and new case receipt says this ‘“Appeal Was Approved”“The appellate authority approved your appeal and mailed you a decision. Your case, Receipt Number WAC******, is being transferred back to the originating office for completion. If you do not hear from the originating office by October 28, 2018”. But i have not received my I -797 approval notice till today. The original case receipt says ’ my case was updated’. Till date there are no updates on my case. Any thoughts? or ideas?
