Is there anybody who have received the approved petition for year 2014( Non-premium cases).
Mine is in intial review status since last more than 2months.
And my LCA has been generated for a different client and i will be travelling for a different client. How much time does it take to regenerate a new LCA?
There are several people who have received approval for FY-14. As the normal processing time for the lottery time is 2-6 months, you are still in the normal processing window.
New LCA will take 2 weeks to get processed. You will also need H-1 amendment once the LCA has been generated.
