H1B Visa stamped from 09/2014 to 05/2017; Enter USA to different location ; got I-94 till 05/2017 and filed amendment. Got amendment approved and I797 was valid from Jun’15 to Jun’16; Filed H1b extension on 05/2016 for which approval is pending.
So, will I have any issues while coming back from India to USA in Sept’16 without valid I-797 document at the port of entry(however I have old I-797 valid till 05/2017 for old location) ?
