I travelled to US on a H1B with my bachelors in Computer degree and I work for a IT concern. I did a part time MBA course from a Indian university and got my MBA degree after travelling to US. I have now applied for my H1B extension with both my bachelor and masters degree. Is there any chances of my extension rejection due to my MBA degree which has been included in H1B extension petition as it was not present in my initial H1B application? Does it create any discrepancies on the degrees held?
