Any chance on denied H1B (2017) getting approved ? Please suggest .

Hello Everyone,

My H1B lottery got picked up in 2017 April, however after 2 RFEs , it got denied on Jan 31st, 2018.

My employer again filed motion appeal on March 5,2018 and since then it is showing “Case Was Received” for the new receipt number. Its almost 11 months but there are no reply.

  • My H1B was denied based on specialty occupation.

Kindly let me know if anyone having the similar situation.

There is NO SLA on motions/appeals. Sometimes they take over year. You just have to wait.
