American MBA outside USA - H1B Advanced Degree Cap

Hi,

I’m currently pursuing my MBA from California State University where the course is offered in Singapore. If all the course requirements are met i will be conferred an MBA from California State University. I would like to know if I’m eligible under the Advanced Degree Cap of H1B visa?

I am not 100% sure, but I don’t think that qualifies you for advanced degree cap. You can check w/ the DSO of the school.
