My Company had filed an amendment for location & project change on Oct 27, 2015.
But till today the status is ‘Case was Received’
Contacted my Global Mobility Team, they contacted USCIS and even after 30 days no response has been received from USCIS.
I checked the date last Application was processed for Vermont Location was Nov 9,2015 but still my application status hasn’t changed even when it was filed on Oct 27, 2015
Does it normally happen or mine is an exception case.
Global Mobility team says nowadays processing is taking longer time and USCIS are also not reverting back on the followups.
