Amendment rejected , what options i have?

Hi ,

My amendment got rejected but still i have valid i797 for original location. So can someone help me to find a better way ?

  1. Can my company file new amendment for same location and project without going back to India or after going back to India?

  2. Can my company file new amendment for different location but same project without going back to India?

  3. Since i have my original petition approved till Aug 2020 , so i can go back to original petition location. So in this case do we need to file a amendment or just a LCA?
