I have Valid H1B VISA. I am in India. Till now I didnt travel to US.
Due to location and Client change Applied H1B Amendment.
Am I eligible for Premium Processing Now??

Nope Premium processing is still not open(as of 07/30/17) for all cap exempt applications. You can apply it only in normal processing. But with the receipt number of amendment petition, you can work in new location. You need not wait for amendment approval.
