I have a Valid H1B Visa and have returned to India 6 months back, My employer has filed for an amendment petition on Apr 27 due to change in client/location , however i have not received the acknowledgment receipt yet, I have been told the standard lead time is 2 weeks anyone who has recently received the receipt under normal processing. Does any have an idea on what time it is taking to get a acknowledgment receipt these days?
