Am on L2 Can my employer file for my GreenCard

Hi All,

Am currently on L2 visa and working as director for USA based company, as my husband’s company is in no mood to start our GC process, my employer is showing interested to sponsor my GC. I’m not sure if it’s possible and am not in Tech., also what are the documentation required for this kind of sponsorship and what will be the category for GC? Will it be only for me or for my husband as well?

Yes, it is possible to apply for Green Card. Usually they need to do the PERM process for the same.
