Hi, I am an IT professional with around 7 years of experience in India. I am graduated from Bachelors’ in Arts (Economics). I am currently pursuing 2year MBA in Information Technology from NIBM Global. The Institution where I am doing MBA in IT, is accredited by AAHEA (American Association for Higher Education and Accreditation) and HLACT. And this institution is not accredited by the UGC/AICTE. It is an autonomous body. Please advice if this MBA in IT (2yrs) and my bachelors degree in Arts (3yrs) would be equivalent to US Bachelors or Masters degree. And if I will be eligible for H1B having this Masters degree!! Please advice… Thank you in advance.
It may be better to get education evaluation done so that you know for sure what’s the US equivalent of your education. Based upon the submitted information, I think you are but education evaluation will provide more surety.
