Am I eligible for OPT if I have done by masters while on H1B and working?

Hi,

Currently I am on H1B visa and working for a US based company for the last 5 years. My H1B visa is about to expire in Fen 2013. I have just completed my masters (sponsored by my company). Am I eligible for 1 year OPT as I have done my masters while on H1B visa and working?

You are not eligible for OPT. You can apply for OPT only if the education was done on F-1.
