After RFE response review status changed to Acceptance

Hi All

I got RFE on June 11th 2012 and USCIS received the documents on 28th August 2012 and the status was RFE Review after that for 5 months.On 23rd January the status got changed to Acceptance.Please let me know what could be the reason as I am worried about it now

This is what written there

On January 23, 2013, a duplicate notice was mailed to you regarding a decision on this case, or describing how we will process the case if it is still pending. Please follow any instructions on the notice. Your case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. If this I129, PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER is still pending, you will be notified by mail when a decision is made, or if the office needs something from you

Can’t guess what happened here. Maybe it’s a technical error that the status is in Acceptance now. Another reason I can think of is that the case got assigned to another officer who has now placed it in Acceptance.

Once your employer gets the notice, it will provide more clarity.
