After my petetion approval when would I receive I-797

Hi Saurabh,

USCIS received my application on June 8th and it was done under PP. My employer sent me receipt number, status shows in USCIS site as below "Decision

On June 14, 2012, this I129 PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER was approved and we sent you an e-mail notice". I believe by the above statement my petetion is approved, but still my atorny did not receive I797. How long does it take to receive?

Which Service center has you applied to?

It was applied under Premium Processing.

I am asking which Service Center? (Vermont Service Center or California )

Your attorney will receive the actual I-797 notice with in couple of weeks of date of approval.

Your employer/attorney can contact USCIS if they do not receive the approval notice within 30 days.

Subba, When did you actually receive your I797 finally? I also applied under premium processing and have been waiting for the I797 for 4 days.
