After L1 b visa rejection, will there be issue with H1 B visa?

Hi,

Last year 2011 my employer process L1 B visa for me and was rejected and this year the same employer applied for H1 B visa in 2012 (filed at USCIS).

Will there be any issue during stamping of H1 visa, my L1 visa got rejected last time ?

I think L1B rejection will not affect your H1B petition as long as it was rejected not due to any misrepreseantation of facts.
