After H1 Approved, How Many days visa is valid.

Hi,

I want to know if visa is approved, after that how many days this visa is valid.

Is there any date framing is there like valid only certain time period.

It depends on the your petition validity. If your petition is valid for 1 year, so probably it will start from 1st Oct 2016 and valid till 30 Sep 2017.

If you have recently got your H1 B stamped, and petiton is validity is 1 year, then your visa is valid till 30-Sep-2017.

but still my documents not yet received.probably next 15 days i will receive my documents. So after receiving documents after how many days we can attend interview…
