My every request on the same subject gets closed on the portal without resolution stating that “I need to provide a unique email address which has never been used on the US Travel docs portal along with Passport information”. I did provide them the details many times in the past but they close my request every time. I am in despair. Is there a phone number or email id I can use to reach out to them directly?
