I completed Bachelor of enginnering in computer science in 2012.I joined to a top MNC in august 2012.I apllied to H1B 2014 .I got selected in lottery.My client has no problem with me. So , my questions are,

what are my chances of accepting visa with this much of experience(nearly one year)?

Do you have any instances where in freshers or less experienced got h1b?
